This is a deed restricted and gated community of 189 lots located in Orange County Florida on Dr. Phillips Boulevard and Orange Tree Lane. This community was the first gated community in Orange County Florida. Many of the lots are planned around beautiful Orange Tree Golf Club. The Property was previously owned by Dr. P. Phillip's Foundation and it was deeded to Orange Tree Development Corp. in 1978. This is an established community of custom built homes with quiet streets. Most of the homeowners have lived here for many years.

The homeowner's association is known as Orange Tree Property Owners Association, Inc. There are 5 members on the Board of Directors and the annual meeting is held every May to elect the Board. The Board meetings are held monthly.  All association members are welcome to attend the monthly meetings which start at 7:00 PM. The community is surrounded by great schools. Dr. Phillips Elementary School, Southwest Middle School and Dr. Phillips High School are in walking distance of this community. The Southwest Library, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and the Dr. Phillip's YMCA are all very close to this community.
