The Property was previously owned by Dr. P. Phillip's Foundation and it was deeded to 
Orange Tree Development Corp. in 1978. This is an established community of custom

The homeowner's association is known as Orange Tree Property Owners Association, Inc.
 There are 5 members on the Board of Directors and the annual meeting is held every
May to elect the Board. The Board meetings are held monthly.  All association members
 are welcome to attend the monthly meetings which start at 7:00 PM.
